Events & Programs

We welcome opportunities to co-sponsor and coordinate art- and science-related events and programs, especially those relating in some way to the UR Museum collections or exhibitions on view. Eligible events can occur in our gallery spaces, in the Booth lobby, or in another hall or auditorium on or off campus. We can offer staff support and/or sometimes financial co-sponsorship for speakers, performances, materials and supplies, etc.

Advanced notice

Please contact our Curator of Programs, Heather Campbell, as far in advance as possible to propose an event at/ program with the Museums. Requests are honored on a first-come-first-served basis and our staff of one can manage about 8-10 events per semester (serving all audiences: faculty, students, local K-12, broader community).
