Media Center

The University of Richmond Museums comprises the Joel and Lila Harnett Museum of Art, the Joel and Lila Harnett Print Study Center, and the Lora Robins Gallery of Design from Nature.  Admission to all museums is free and open to the public.  Highlights of the collection include a wide selection of Virginia minerals, a 2,400-carat blue topaz from Brazil, a 165 million year old fossil of an Ichthyosaurus, as well as a vast array of contemporary art, sculpture, and prints.  The museums regularly present exhibitions, lectures, openings, gallery talks, workshops, concerts, symposia, and other programs.
